1) Write: “No-contact streak: Day 0” today.
2) Every night you survive without messaging/stalking – add +1 day.
3) If you break it, don’t abuse yourself. Just start again from Day 0.

– Ex ke chat ko archive ya mute kar, delete nahi – taaki impulse pe call na lag jaye.
– Social media par unka stalk limit kar: har roz 0 ya max 1 baar, dheere dheere full stop.
– Har din ek chhota “win” note kar: aaj kya kiya jo khud ke favour me tha.
